The new office for ABN AMRO insurances, the IJssel tower, is located near A28 Highway. The building is 95,5 meters high and 1600 people work here.  Van DOORN has made the special elements in the canopy and entrance hall for spectacular lighting effects. The elements have diameters varying from 1500 up to more than 3000 mm!

The complete area around the office has been re-created for making the building and surrounding to match.

This resulted in an open-office concept. The entrance with canopy is the natural 'opening' of the building to the outside world. Inside, this concepts flows naturally through to the corridors and foyer.

The leading elements in all this are formed by the different light fixtures which dominate the ceiling in a natural way.

In cooperation with the architect, Van DOORN has delivered a real masterpiece here. See for yourself!

Indirectly shining luminaire with a linear design. Suitable for both linear as compact fluorescent tubes. Brilliant alluminium eloxated optics, clear acrylate anti-dust shield. The bottom-side can be fitted with a brush-light effect along the wall, excellent for lighting paintings etc.
